One way is by writing it in paper, similar to a contract, to keep you accountable. Or, you might tell your goals to a close friend, so that the friend could keep you accountable. 2. Identify Your Unhealthy Habits

 

After committing to your weight management journey, it is important to identify the unhealthy habits you are practicing. Once you have identified your bad habits, you can work on eliminating them. For example, if you notice that you are primarily eating fried foods, you need to make the change to eating healthier foods like fruits and vegetables. Additionally, you can begin to record the amount of exercise you complete during a day, allowing you to identify your activity levels and habits. Recognizing these unhealthy habits will make you more aware of the small changes you can make to become healthier.

 

3. Set Realistic Goals
